During this stage, we analyze all available contracts to estimate the potential claim amount.
Should your claim be deemed eligible after the initial review, we move on to the evidence-gathering phase. This involves reaching out to your previous suppliers, a process that spans up to a decade into the past. We meticulously collect copies of all relevant contracts, ensuring a thorough understanding of the terms and conditions. Additionally, we confirm whether a broker was involved in these contracts and ascertain whether the broker obtained transparent consent for any commissions.
Upon confirming the eligibility of your claim and assembling the necessary evidence, we present you with a standard agreement. This agreement signifies our partnership in pursuing your claim and outlines the terms of our collaboration. Importantly, it establishes that there will be no cost to you unless the claim is successful. This agreement provides us with the assurance to allocate resources – both funding and manpower – to process your case efficiently. It also safeguards against the possibility of switching to another litigation team once the groundwork has been laid.
With the agreement in place, our experienced litigators take the lead. They handle the intricacies of the legal process, keeping you informed with regular updates. At this stage, the workload on your end is minimal, allowing you to focus on your business while we navigate the complexities of the claim process.
We operate on a transparent 65%/35% split. You, as the customer, receive 65% of the total claim amount, while the remaining 35% covers the fees for our services, the legal team, and any incurred costs. This ensures a fair and mutually beneficial arrangement, aligning our interests with your financial recovery.
